• Ensure you give full details of your order including delivery details and phone number.
• We accept Visa & Mastercard, as well as cheque or cash (we do not advise sending cash in the mail).
• Your secure Credit Card Payment will not be processed until your order is actually ready to be shipped.
• In the event we do not have a particular item in stock, you will be advised by e-mail, with an estimated delivery time.
• For payments by cheque, orders are shipped once payment is received, unless by prior arrangement.
• Bank Account for Internet Payment is: 12-3037-0315640-02, ASB Bank, Federal St, Auckland.  When using a reference, use your name and/or the Order number you recieve once your order has been placed. Start your reference as INT*****
• Items in stock are usually shipped same day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 2pm. Back ordered items can be subject to delay due to import delays.
• Shipping charges are additional to prices shown.
• All prices include GST unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice.
• HP Finance available on orders over $650.00 (subject to normal credit criteria).
